Comfort Guarantee/Delivery Policy

It is our goal at THE mattress HUB Sleep Events to provide you with the best
selection, service and prices in order to help you sleep well and live well. If you
purchase a mattress and realize it is not as comfortable as you had hoped, we will
gladly offer a ONE-TIME exchange into a more suitable option.
With any new sleep surface there will be a short period of time for your body to adapt. Please give the mattress a minimum of 30 days before making the decision to exchange.
In the event of an exchange, please note the following conditions will apply:

  • The mattress must be in "Like New Condition" with no stains, odors or damage.
  • Exchanges are for identical size products. Size changes are not permissible.
  • Customers receive 100% exchange credit for up to 100 days, starting from the day of delivery.
  • If the mattress chosen for exchange is greater in retail value than what the customer paid for the original mattress, the customer will pay the full retail price difference. If the mattress chosen for exchange is less in retail value than what the customer paid for the original mattress, there will be no additional credit or refund of difference applied.
  • Certain products are exempt from our 100 day Comfort Guarantee, including Clearance Sleep Systems, Adjustable Bases, Special Size Orders such as Full XL, Floor Models, Mattress Protectors, Bed Rails, Promotional Items, Pillows, Linens, Warranty Defects/Exchanges, Damaged items, and Soiled or Unsanitary products.
  • The exchange/redelivery option is only valid to the original purchaser noted on the sales order.
  • Exchange/redelivery fees will apply. Not to exceed $319.00
