We do not accept returns on purchases, however we do offer a 100 day comfort trial.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will absolutely take care of any items that are damaged during delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right. Please contact Lindsay.themattresshub@gmail.com.
We also offer a 100-day Comfort Trial. This allows you to make sure your new mattress is the right fit for you. We ask that customers sleep on their mattress for a minimum of the first 30 days to properly adjust and allow for break-in, as many comfort concerns resolve during this period.
After the initial 30-day adjustment period, if you feel the comfort level isn’t right, you are able to exchange your mattress for a different feel within the 100-day Comfort Trial window. Full details and requirements can be found under the Comfort Trial tab.
